This is the second part of the thoughts on the PAMM account. Here I talk about how I created the account initially and how it grew. So for reference I am talking about the account on instaforex; this one:
If we take a look at the diagram i think you see very quickly that there i something truly amazing that was done here.
The thing is, there is a lot more to it. For starters the account was never funded, it was started by an amount that was a bonus just for opening another account on a bank account on the web. A very small bonus was paid and this money was the initial deposit. Note that none of my own money went into this account, ever. The starting amount was 5 dollars, if you cannot see it on the picture.
The start
The next part is a bit blurry, mainly because I do not remember in which order the things happened. Please excuse me if this is backwards but the parts in this section are part of how it all and i just do not remember exactly how it went.
So I found out that if I post on this forum i'd be credited with a very very small sum each time I posted something, and yes you have to post something useful and lengthy for it to count. Later I also realized that if I created whole forum threads for them that was highlighted and deemed valuable i'd be rewarded for that also, so ofc I did that as well. Some months went by and I was credited with several forum thread rewards and to this day about 800 posts also on the forum.
I'd seen contests held by the forum but I thought nothing of them, thinking that “yes I do have the knowledge but the time put into something like that and the slim chance of winning .. was not worth it”. But as it happened I did eventually participate and win a contest also. All these different things credited the account with some 400 usd, I am going here with a number from the top of my head only but that is about what it was.
Symbiosis buildup
It was some 2-3 months before I won the contest, which just recently happened in march, that I created the forum thread about the system called “symbiosis”. This was something I developed partly from scratch and partly from what I'd seen my father do, naturally I thought I knew it all and changed some things he did. Over time the system grew and grew into something stronger and it became the method that I now trade each day. If I am not mistaken the net profit from the system and also the account is some 500 dollars, which was made possible because of the money that was available from posting on the forum and what not like stated above.
So now the current idea is; how to develop this into a PAMM system where outside investors will hold the role of “providing currency” that which was done by posting on the forum earlier. So that I may continue to run this each day while letting others in on some of the profit, both benefiting me and them. As I said in the first post about this the problem with this lies in how the symbiosis system is traded. Mostly about the always persistent small draw down and balancing, because the system relies on going into debt and then solving the problems. What's needed here is time. And the amount of time needed is not static either.
I have been thinking about ways to achieve this and I have not found a way that I am happy with just yet. Currently the account can be in debt for as little as a few days up to several weeks and what I have thought is that when the account is in "non-debt-mode" it would reset all pending and current positions as to “start from scratch” letting new investors copy the moves exactly, so that everything is equal on their side also. For this cannot be done at least not in a simple way, if new investors simply join in at any random time they both would and definitely will have unbalance in their accounts.
So when I do solve the issue with new investors the account will be turned into a PAMM, opening up the scaling possibilities up to something like 100 000 times of what it is right now. It is a huge step but something that I feel is the next one and it has to be done. It is a matter of time and money or the relationship of both. We will see when it comes...
